Richard Adjani - Technical / Construction Project Manager

Richard holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA-MIS) from the University of Ghana and a BSc in Building Technology from KNUST. With approximately 20 years of experience, including 13 years in managerial roles, his expertise spans real estate development, construction project management, quantity surveying consulting, and training.

He has been instrumental in delivering large-scale projects such as high-end residential developments, prime office spaces, and executive housing. As a key management member of Goldkey Properties, Richard oversaw the completion of over 12,000 square meters of multi-storey apartments, 4,000 square meters of office space, and more than 15 executive houses.

Richard’s technical acumen includes cost estimation, procurement, project scheduling, construction supervision, and stakeholder management. He is also skilled in advanced project management software, including MS Project, and has trained professionals across various industries in its application.
